Job Description

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling and budgeting activities.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress and milestones, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members, subcontractors, clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor contractors and suppliers to ensure they adhere to quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating building design submissions, authority requirements, and technical clearances.
  • Follow up with relevant agencies (Immigration, Customs, Bomba, JKR, IWK, TNB, SAJ, MBJB, etc.) for approvals.
  • Attend site meeting and client consultant meeting.
  • Prepare letters, memos, presentation slides, reports, and submissions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or an equivalent field.
  • Candidate must possess 3-5 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
