Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPR, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance / trends to optimize content and increase engagement
  • Create a marketing monthly calendar, and make sure the ad campaign is run on time.
  • Must have basic knowledge of compelling visual advertising and EDM to increase appointment/sales conversion rates Increase appointment / sales conversion drive traffic and conversions with compelling visual ads and EDMs, according to the marketing calendar.
  • do an analysis report for the company social media ads campaign by bi-weekly/monthly
  • Other related work assigned by management

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably within the property industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, basic knowledge of content planning and copywriting for social media platforms, including Meta,  RED 小红书 and TikTok. Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software is a plus.
- Designing a knowledge landing page.
- Crafting compelling graphics and engaging short videos, with a foundational understanding of video shooting and editing.
- Basic skills in managing and creating content for social media platforms, including Meta, RED 小红书, and TikTok.
