Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a l/SPM/"O" Level education.
  • Those with Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Culinary, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent are highly welcomed.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with experience in research & development, creating recipe, mass production, central kitchen, Halal and food safety expertise.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • 6 working days.
  • Must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
  • Possess own transportation.

Job Descriptions:

    • Conduct and coordinate training sessions for outlet staff during new product launches and new outlet openings.
    • Ensure all outlet teams understand and execute product preparation according to the latest SOP and quality standards.
    • Assist the R&D team in developing and improving both sweet and savoury pastry recipes.
    • Support in product testing, documentation, and evaluation during the R&D process.
    • Conduct outlet audits to ensure compliance with product standards and operational procedures.
    • Provide feedback from outlet teams to R&D for continuous product improvement.
    • Manage personal schedule and assigned training or R&D tasks to meet project timelines.
    • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and professional conduct during all training and R&D activities.
