Responsibilities:

  • Provide Advanced technical support for print and document solutions, including hardware, software, firmware, and networked peripherals.
  • Responsibilities entail troubleshooting escalated incidents and implementing change requests.
  • Conducts preventive maintenance utilizing monitoring tools such as xMatters.
  • Drives root cause analysis for recurrent issues and supports application-level upgrades for print-related server applications.
  • Manages case logging in HP SI and vendor systems for effective resolution.
  • Collaborates with client management to aid project implementation and ensure business-as-usual (BAU) performance.
  • Leads major incident resolution activities and prepares documentation for future reference.
  • Engages in client visits, conferences, and vendor meetings to demonstrate technical leadership.
  • Collaborates with Sales and Service Management to provide technical insights.
  • Maintains asset compliance and service readiness through management of aged devices and certification of fleet equipment and software.

Skills:

  • Strong experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networked print environments.
  • Deep technical understanding of secure printing, scanning solutions, and SQL database integration
  • Advanced experience in firmware updates, print server management, and enterprise print solutions (e.g., SafeCom, Kofax, HP devices).
  • Skilled in case documentation, resolution tracking, and knowledge base content creation.
  • Capable of mentoring junior staff and contributing to upskilling within the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and lead technical project initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, with the ability to liaise with senior management.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM14,000.00 per month
