We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pre-Admission Executive to join our team at Beacon Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all pre-admission procedures and ensuring a seamless patient experience from insurance coordination to financial planning and hospital admission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate all pre-admission procedures, ensuring complete documentation and smooth patient management.
  • Obtain initial and top-up Guarantee Letters (GLs) for all patients undergoing treatment or procedures at Beacon Hospital.
  • Ensure all pre-admission forms from insurance providers are accurately completed by the consultants and submitted timely.
  • Liaise directly with patients to explain their insurance coverage, entitlement, and expected financial obligations.
  • Coordinate pre-admission investigations as per consultants' orders to ensure they are completed before the scheduled procedure or surgery.
  • Provide patients with cost estimates for their treatments and escalate to superiors if financial aid is needed.
  • Advise patients on available payment modes and ensure clear communication regarding hospital billing policies.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for Radiotherapy treatments and guide patients on related financial matters.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries in the hospital's WhatsApp doctor group related to the Business Office or pre-admission.
  • Assist consultants in using insurance portals, including login access and timely follow-ups.
  • Handle all radiotherapy-related initial and final GLs with attention to detail, ensuring no charges are missed.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process for patients.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by Superiors and Management when required.
  • Adhere strictly to all policies, SOPs, and standards of the Business Office and Beacon Hospital.
  • Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions, ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
