Order Management Coordinator II

Job Description
This role applies strong business acumen and industry knowledge to manage regional and factory orders in full compliance with company policies and procedures. It is accountable for the end-to-end order lifecycle—from validation through to revenue recognition and billing—ensuring data integrity, KPI achievement, and adherence to agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Validation
- Validate order forms and ensure package completeness; report discrepancies.
- Manage sales order entry in ERP (VTM Oracle Onida).
- Monitor order progress from entry to dispatch, including updates and change tracking. Customer & Internal Coordination
- Customer may mean inter companies (Vertiv Asia Market Units, Vertiv factories) and direct external customers.
- Serve as primary customer interface throughout the order lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Planning, Shipping, Engineering, Finance, Quality, etc.) to ensure fast and accurate service.
- Provide timely updates to customers on changes or deviations.
- Send order-related documents (Order Receipt Confirmation, Acknowledgement, Packing List, etc.) per internal procedures and customer requests
