You will be working under our Malaysian entity, Kronos Marketing Ltd.

We are seeking an experienced Lead/Senior Frontend Developer to guide our frontend team and shape the architecture of our user-facing products. In this role, you will blend deep technical expertise with leadership to drive excellence, mentor talent, and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You are a technical leader who excels not only in writing high-quality code but also in elevating the entire team. You have a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment, mentoring developers, and making strategic architectural decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Technical Leadership: Proven experience guiding a frontend team, including mentoring junior and mid-level developers, conducting insightful code reviews, and establishing frontend best practices and coding standards.
  • Architectural Expertise: Extensive experience in designing, architecting, and building scalable, maintainable, and robust frontend solutions. You can anticipate technical challenges and make informed technology choices.
  • Advanced Frontend Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), Vue 3, and TypeScript for building large-scale, single-page applications (SPAs) backed by REST APIs.
  • Quality Advocate: A strong commitment to software quality, demonstrated by experience writing and championing comprehensive unit tests for UI components.
  • UI/UX & Performance Excellence: Excellent knowledge of CSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design to create consistent and polished user experiences. You are skilled in optimizing web performance across load time, rendering, and user interaction.
  • Project Leadership: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. You are adept at contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and collaborating effectively with team and project managers to deliver value.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal, written, and spoken English communication skills, with a strong commitment to problem-solving and knowledge sharing.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Mentor: Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to the frontend team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Architect & Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of our frontend architecture, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and performant.
  • Drive Quality: Champion software quality across the team by implementing robust testing strategies and conducting thorough code reviews.
  • Translate & Execute: Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex business and user requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
  • Optimize & Improve: Analyze application processes and performance, identifying and implementing improvements to our development workflow and the end-user experience.
  • Communicate & Document: Provide clear and concise reports on project status, technical decisions, and architectural documentation.
