Job Summary

  • Lead, develop, and oversee our team of technical supervisors across APAC. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of on-site supervision services for our poultry, swine and layer farm projects.
  • Dynamic leader with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of technical field operations. You will be the key driver in meeting and exceeding customer expectations, ensuring project milestones are achieved on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Oversee the allocation and deployment of technical supervisors to various project sites to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor project timelines closely, proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could cause delays.
  • Ensure all supervision services are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical or project-related issues from the field.

Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction

  • Implement a quality control system to audit and ensure the consistency and effectiveness of on-site supervision.
  • Liaise closely with the Sales, Sales Support and Project Management teams to understand customer requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address customer feedback promptly and implement corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dispersed team of technical supervisors.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, safety, and customer focus.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear KPIs, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and regional scheduling.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and manage the regional budget for the technical supervision function.
  • Manage critical spare part logistics and tooling requirements for the field team.
  • Utilize project management software and other tools to track progress, report on metrics, and drive efficiency.

Training & Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the technical, operational, and soft skills of the supervision team.
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs), installation guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Organize and lead regional workshops and training sessions, both virtually and on-site.

Travel Required - Yes, 90% of time

Minimum Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agriculture, Poultry Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a technical, field service, or project management role, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Proven project management experience is mandatory (PMP or similar certification is a strong plus).
  • Essential experience within the poultry farming, agricultural equipment, or related capital machinery industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing training programs and leading a geographically dispersed team.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 90%) across the APAC region.
