• Act as the first point of contact for IT issues from end-users (Tier 1 support).
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, printer, and peripheral problems.
• Escalate complex incidents to IT Engineers or Senior Engineers as required.
• Maintain IT equipment, ensuring all computers and devices are in good working condition.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including issuing and tracking laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist with maintaining shared folders, user access, and documentation of IT procedures.
• Support antivirus checks, patching schedules, and routine system monitoring.
• Assist IT Engineers with IT infrastructure projects such as:
• Office setups
• Basic cabling and equipment installation
• CCTV and access system rollouts
• Prepare documentation, reports, and records related to IT projects.
• Log and document all IT incidents and resolutions.
• Keep updated with IT standards and best practices to improve troubleshooting skills.
