Ansell is seeking a dynamic and highly strategic leader for the key role of Head of Total Rewards, APAC & Global Programs, based in either Malaysia or Sri Lanka. This pivotal position is responsible for providing comprehensive leadership for the Total Rewards function across the APAC region, while also assuming global ownership for Market Intelligence & Best Practice, Compensation Analytics, and the strategic governance of Total Rewards for our both Professional and Production Worker population, with a specific focus on Benefits & Welfare Harmonization and Wage & Compliance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving regional excellence and building globally consistent frameworks.

What your role will be?APAC Regional LeadershipAct as the single point of accountability for all Total Rewards matters in APAC.Develop and execute regionally aligned compensation and benefits strategies.Lead and mentor the APAC Total Rewards team to ensure effective delivery of key programs (e.g. annual compensation cycles, benefits, and market pricing).Serve as a strategic advisor to APAC HR and business leaders on reward matters.

Global Program OwnershipMarket Intelligence & Analytics: Drive global compensation insights, analytics, and benchmarking to support data-driven decisions.Manufacturing Rewards Strategy: Lead compensation and benefits frameworks for both professional and production workers globally, including shift pay, incentives, and wage compliance.Benefits Harmonization: Develop consistent principles for welfare programs across manufacturing sites to ensure governance and employee experience.

What will you bring to Ansell? 10–13 years of progressive Total Rewards experience in both regional and global roles.Proven success in harmonizing benefits programs across APAC markets.Strong background in compensation, compliance, and wage practices for production/hourly workforces.Solid experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.Skilled in market intelligence, survey management, and compensation analytics.Strong leadership capabilities in managing teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.Master's degree (MBA or related) and certifications like CCP, CBP, or CSCP are a plus.Strategic mindset with operational execution strength.Effective communicator with strong business acumen.
