About the role
We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Office Admin to join our team at ownzon management' in Iskandar Puteri Johor. As our Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our real estate and property management operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the management and operations teams
- Handling customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Organizing and filing documents and records
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Supporting the team with various ad-hoc tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Required experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required, basic English and Bahasa Malaysia
