POSITION: Administration Data Collection

DEPARTMENT:   Asset Performance Management/ Asset Technology Excellence/ Downstream Business Excellence/ Downstream Corporate Office

LOCATION: Level 51, Tower 1, KLCC

JOB SCOPE:

  • Data collection, PowerBI development, reporting and communication related to Production Management (PM) for COMPANY Downstream.
  • Data collection, Power BI development, reporting and communication related to Process Equipment & Technology Performance Management for COMPANY Downstream.
  • Maintain and develop enhancement for APC SAGEMODE for Advanced Process Control (APC) for COMPANY Downstream.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a realated field
  • 5 years of experience in production governance, business excellence, or a related role (Oil & Gas sector preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of production, inventory, distribution and quality management processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
