About the Role:

Join our team and contribute to the success of Malaysia's leading supplier of household and commercial kitchen appliances. As a Sales Executive, you'll drive sales, build strong relationships, and help customers find the perfect solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and generate new leads through various channels.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers/dealers.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct product demonstrations for customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Follow up on accounts receivable and monitor stock forecasts for timely product availability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in kitchen or commercial appliances.
  • Strong communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (Mandarin is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and dealers).
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation.
