Job Description

  • Plan, oversee, and execute daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality.
  • Effectively manage and supervise production teams, providing necessary training on safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate and monitor the inspection, maintenance, repair, and upgrading of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Propose and implement innovative improvements to enhance production efficiency and processes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate production reports as required by management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to drive company goals and objectives.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical) or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts.
