As a Bellman at Cheong Fatt Tze – The Blue Mansion, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, professional assistance, and a strong sense of security. You will play a key role in creating a smooth and memorable guest experience by assisting with luggage, managing guest arrivals, supporting guest services and tours, and ensuring safe transit between our properties. Your presence is essential in upholding the heritage charm and personalized service that define The Blue Mansion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.

• Support the front office team during guest arrivals and check-in procedures.

• Monitor and assist with the main gate entrance to ensure authorized access and smooth traffic flow.

• Coordinate and ensure guest safety during transit between the Main House and Qing Suites, located across the road, including assisting guests with crossing and transporting luggage.

• Act as a valet or driver for guest transits between The Blue Mansion Main House and Qing Suites, as required, including staff transit for operational-related matters.

• Assist the Tours & Guest Relations team with guest coordination, guiding visitors, and responding to inquiries.

• Provide local information and assist with transportation arrangements (e.g., taxis, airport transfers).

• Ensure the lobby, driveway, and entrance areas are always clean and presentable.

• Handle messages, deliveries, and guest requests in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Uphold the high standards of service, safety, and hospitality associated with The Blue Mansion.
