Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across all outlets and the central kitchen.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, service standards and brand experience at every outlet.
  • Supervise and support Outlet Supervisors and team leads in managing performance and training.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, cost control and profitability.
  • Plan manpower scheduling, inventory flow and supply chain coordination.
  • Drive operational efficiency, SOP compliance and process improvements.
  • Lead communication between management and outlets for smooth execution of business goals.
  • Assist in new outlet openings, project planning and operational readiness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations or multi-outlet management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Results-driven with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple outlets and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel between outlets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
