JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create specs sheet, layout, schematic and technical information documentations for proposals or confirmed projects.
  • Prepare for kickoff meeting, to ensure all information are shared to all related parties, and clarify all questions asked during the meeting.
  • Prepare costing for projects/modules/proposals when needed.
  • To plan site schedule, supervise, instruct and lead site workers and sub-contractors on installation & erection work.
  • To handle & manage projects from date of kick-off meeting to completion/handover date.
  • To achieve project targets, i.e. on time completion, cost within budget and quality equipment & service.
  • To lead, monitor, supervise and control all project related works including site works throughout the whole project duration.
  • To prepare & submit daily, weekly and monthly project reports on time and attend weekly and monthly meeting.
  • To submit Photos and Videos of project in progress when going to site visit and meeting.
  • Liaise and work with respective key personnel at job site.
  • Supervise construction project to make sure they meet technical specifications
  • Ensure that work are executed in timely manner at site.
  • Monitor the progress of the construction work and performance of the site workers at the site
  • Convey information about the progress of the project and performance of the site workers o the manager
  • Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site
  • Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractor, and supplier
  • Ensure that any change in the project plan is executed by contractors
  • Experience in site problem solving and follow up with sub-contractors and consultants
  • Prepare Project Quality Plan

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): AutoCad, MS Project, MS Powerpoint
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Candidate with at least THREE (3) years of experience in construction is preferred
  • Experience in Infrastructure industry will be preferred
  • Have own transportation
  • Willing to be based in site at Elmina
