Job Description:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Manage front-desk activities including opening the door and attending to walk-in guests.
- Prepare and submit Purchase Requisition (PR) forms for office supplies and other needs.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Support new joiner preparations (e.g., access card, workstation setup).
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Possess Diploma/ Degree in Business Admin/ Management or any equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
Job Types: Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
