The Role

We're looking for creators who don't just make great content—they know how to find and work with others who do, too.

If TikTok, XHS , Instagram  is your playground, CapCut is your favorite tool, and you know how to spark viral energy through creators and community, this role is for you. You'll be hands-on with content creation and also play a key role in discovering, managing, and co-creating with KOLs to drive reach and relevance.

Job Description:

  • Create engaging short-form content across TikTok, XHS , Instagram, Reels, and other social platforms
  • Adapt branded content into viral short-form formats
  • Act fast on trends and integrate them into brand-relevant content
  • Ideate and pitch creative content hooks and concepts
  • Scout and source KOLs and micro-influencers for campaigns
  • Manage influencer relationships: onboarding, briefing, reviewing submissions
  • Collaborate with KOLs to co-create trend-based, platform-optimized content
  • Track content performance and use insights to improve future content
  • Coordinate content schedules and timelines with internal and external teams
  • Work with local and international creators to scale campaign impact

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Media, Communications, or any related field.
  • Deeply immersed in TikTok, XHS , Instagram , Reels, Shorts, and internet culture
  • Always spotting trends early and acting on them quickly
  • Skilled in CapCut, VN, or other short-form editing tools
  • Understands what makes content go viral and can replicate it
  • Either a creator yourself or confident behind-the-scenes
  • Analytical and data-aware—knows how to measure what works
  • Excellent at networking, collaborating, and communicating with creators
  • Experienced or excited to manage KOLs and creator relationships

  • Are able to help creators improve performance based on content data
