About the role

Samsung C&T (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Junior Supervisor who is from Civil Structure Architectural and QAQC background to join our team on a contract basis in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a Junior Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction site, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols
  2. Monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or deviations from the plan
  3. Collaborate with the project management team to provide progress updates and recommend solutions
  4. Ensure all quality control and quality assurance measures are implemented effectively
  5. Oversee the work of subcontractors , providing guidance and direction as needed
  6. Maintain detailed records, reports, and documentation related to the project
  7. Assist in the preparation of construction schedules, and other project-related documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience as a Supervisor in Civil Structure Architectural and QAQC in the construction industry, preferably within the Construction sector
  2. Have technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project objectives
  4. Familiarity with construction management software and tools
