Key Responsibilities – Email Marketing & CRM

  • Plan and execute email campaigns that drive event registrations, product engagement, and lead nurturing.
  • Own the CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, vBout), including:
  • Segmentation
  • Workflow automation
  • Triggered email journeys
  • A/B testing
  • Deliverability and hygiene
  • Build structured lifecycle strategies across client types: HR leads, wellness participants, past registrants, and partners.
  • Monitor email and CRM performance metrics, deliver reports, and improve based on insights.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Business Development to align CRM with sales activities and renewal cycles.

Secondary – Multi-Channel Campaigns & Growth

  • Support paid social and Google Ads initiatives to boost lead generation and awareness.
  • Coordinate web content updates, landing pages, and SEO recommendations.
  • Deploy content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) to support broader campaign objectives.
  • Contribute to ESG Wellness Series event marketing and digital outreach.
  • Track performance KPIs and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in email marketing and CRM-focused digital roles.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, vBout, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, contact lifecycle management, and automation flows.
  • Skilled in copywriting, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Familiar with multi-channel digital marketing (social, SEO, paid media) as a complement to CRM strategy.
  • Highly organized and comfortable owning campaign timelines and reporting dashboards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
