The Role:

We are looking for a visionary Head of Technology to architect and lead the technological

foundation of N3X. You will shape a hybrid system that integrates AI, data, and behavioural

insights to continuously quantify and enhance human capability. This is a defining role for a

builder who wants to create something enduring — technology that thinks, learns, and evolves

with people.

Key Responsibilities:


• Define and execute N3X's technology strategy and architecture.


• Lead the creation of the intelligence engine that quantifies human cognition and

behaviour.


• Integrate best-in-class technologies while developing N3X's proprietary IP.


• Build and mentor a lean, high-performing engineering team.


• Collaborate closely with psychologists, designers, and product teams to create

seamless, human-centric experiences.


• Ensure data integrity, privacy, and reliability at every level.

Ideal Profile:


• Deep and proven expertise in technology leadership, architecture, or AI-driven

systems.


• Strong grasp of how behavioural and cognitive data can power intelligent platforms.


• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and data-centric architectures.


• Strategic thinker who can balance innovation, speed, and stability.


• Passionate about using technology to amplify — not replace — human intelligence.
