Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate tour packages, transport and accommodation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings and feedback.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices and travel documents.
  • Liaise with hotels, tour guides and service providers.
  • Monitor daily tour operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities.
  • Participate in promotional events or tourism exhibitions when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and tourism regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tourism operations or travel management.
  • Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
