Job Description

  • Drive business development initiatives to secure new clients and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate clients to understand their hiring requirements and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Provide expert consultancy on market trends, talent acquisition strategies, and staffing solutions.
  • Support recruitment processes and activities as directed by the team lead.
  • Partner with senior management and team leads to ensure all client recruitment needs are effectively met.
  • Adhere to business processes, policies, and compliance standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
