About the role

As a Contract Executive/QS at JHR PRESTASI RESOURCES SDN BHD, you will be responsible for managing and administering construction tenders/contracts to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of tenders/projects. This full-time position is based in Taman Perindustrian Puchong, Selangor, with a 5-minute walking distance from the LRT station.

What you'll be doing

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction contracts and related agreements
  • Involving in tender exercises and submissions
  • Monitoring contract performance and compliance to identify and resolve any issues
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as project managers and procurement teams, to ensure effective contract management
  • Providing guidance and support to project teams on contractual matters
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and best practices

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in contract management or administration, preferably in the construction industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise contract documents
  • Proficient in using contract management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
