Working location: Section 15, Shah Alam

As a Finance Senior Executive, or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports
  • Verify and approved supplier payments and monitor credit control.
  • Monitor utilisation of banking facilities.
  • Preparation of bank application (RC, LC, BG, BA etc).
  • Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.
  • Responsible in Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information prepare and submit to Tax Agent accurately and timely.
  • Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement
  • To lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget.
  • To prepare monthly preparements, accruals, and provisions
  • To prepare monthly financial closing.
  • To prepare Forex/Realised gain or loss for AP and AR.
  • To undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Qualification:

  • Degree or profesional certification in Accounting

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting roles, handling full-set
  • Familiar with using ERP system
  • Additional accounting certification will be strongly advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
