Sales Department:
- Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, and delivery instructions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of glass products.
- Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and after-sales service
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Answer queries and communications through WhatsApp phone or email.
- To coordinate between colleagues and clients to ensure smooth work coordination.
Billing Department:
- Inputting financial transactions into accounting software, maintaining financial records, and updating spreadsheets.
- Managing and processing invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payments
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of audits and financial assessments.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the finance team.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least at SPM /Diploma level in any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin (is an advantage), English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
- Able to commence work immediately (Location is at Pekan Nenas, Pontian Johor)
