Sales Department:

  • Coordinate and process sales orders, quotations, and delivery instructions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of glass products.
  • Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and sales documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and after-sales service
  • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Answer queries and communications through WhatsApp phone or email.
  • To coordinate between colleagues and clients to ensure smooth work coordination.

Billing Department:

  • Inputting financial transactions into accounting software, maintaining financial records, and updating spreadsheets.
  • Managing and processing invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and payments
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of audits and financial assessments.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to the finance team.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least at SPM /Diploma level in any field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin (is an advantage), English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
  • Able to commence work immediately (Location is at Pekan Nenas, Pontian Johor)
