What you'll be doing?
  • Manage Leasing Process: Oversee the entire leasing process, ensuring all tenancy matters are handled professionally.
  • Tenant Engagement: Identify and approach potential tenants, facilitating discussions and finalizing lease agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with landlords and retailers to foster a positive leasing environment.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare leasing and rental reports, and handle administrative tasks such as document issuance and filing.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and tenant needs.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Assist in various tasks as assigned by your superior.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in retail centre leasing is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Malay is essential, with Mandarin proficiency being advantageous for tenant interactions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for efficient task management.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude and strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role.
