Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Source entry, mid to senior-level and specialist candidates via multiple channels (job boards, networking, social media, career fairs).
  • Develop and post engaging job advertisements.
  • Screen and interview candidates using structured and behavioural methods.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and tracker.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.


HR Business Partnering / Client Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of CV submissions, interviews, onboarding, and billing.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment status and client reports.
  • Address client issues professionally and provide solutions promptly.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in
    HR / Business / Communications / Marketing
    or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience
    in Recruitment & HRBP (IT/Tech recruitment is an added advantage).
  • Strong
    communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
    skills.
  • Proficient in
    MS Excel and PowerPoint
    .
  • Highly
    organized, meticulous, and self-driven
    .
  • Able to
    manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
    .
