Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit customs declaration forms accurately and on time.
  • Manage all customs formalities and liaise with customs and government agencies for smooth shipment clearance.
  • Verify and advise clients and agents on the correct HS Codes, documentation, and permits required.
  • Provide accurate duty and tax estimations to clients.
  • Follow up and resolve any discrepancies or issues during the clearance process.
  • Coordinate closely with customers (shippers and consignees) to ensure service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, airline, and port regulations.
  • Prepare the volume report. (customs declaration monthly)
  • Maintain proper records, files, and assist in internal/external reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of customs declaration (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of Sea and Air freight (export & import) processes.
  • Familiar with customs procedures and documentation requirements.

  • The candidate must possess supervisory skills and a team player with a high level of integrity and commitment.

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving

  • Proficiency in English is essential.

  • Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems.

  • Able to handle multiple customers and prioritize under pressure.

  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
