About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and versatile intern who can assist in Administrative, Accounting, and Human Resources functions. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain broad, hands-on experience in office operations and support multiple departments in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily support in general administration, HR, and accounting tasks.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Help with recruitment coordination and employee documentation.
  • Support basic accounting and finance-related activities.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Office Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn multiple functions.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
