Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & IMC
· Assist in the development and execution of annual brand plans and IMC campaigns aligned with business objectives.
· Drive 360° marketing strategies integrating advertising, PR, digital, social, events, and in-store activations.
· Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify brand opportunities.
2. Public Relations & Communications
· Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand image and reputation.
· Manage media relations, press releases, and influencer collaborations.
· Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and product launches with media partners.
· Monitor media coverage and provide communication reports with measurable impact.
3. Digital Marketing & Social Media
· Plan and execute digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.).
· Manage social media calendars, content creation, and community engagement.
· Work closely with creative and media agencies to optimize campaign performance.
· Analyze campaign results, website traffic, and social metrics to drive continuous improvement.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with Product, Sales, GTM, and Retail teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.
· Support event marketing, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives to reinforce brand affinity.
· Manage marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and ROI reporting.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
· Minimum 4–8 years of experience in brand management, IMC, PR, or digital marketing (preferably in FMCG, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brands).
· Strong understanding of brand positioning, media planning, and digital ecosystem.
· Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills (English & Mandarin preferred).
· Analytical, creative, and highly organized, with strong stakeholder management skills.
· Experience managing agencies, media partners, and influencers is a plus.
