1.1  General

HR Function

  • To plan, formulate, develop and implement overall policies and procedures in order to meet

the Company's objectives and requirements.

  • To be responsible for all payroll functions and management of the computerized Payroll

Systems.

  • To be responsible for the submission of the statutory contributions i.e. EPF, PCB SOCSO and

etc.

  • To be responsible for employee Compensation & Benefit, e.g. Employment letter,

Confirmation, yearly appraisal, leave entitlement & management, etc.

  • To be responsible for new employee onboard arrangement and resignation procedure.

  • To be conduct Staff Orientation for new employee.

  • Foreign worker corespondence- need to coordinate with agent for foreign worker application

procedure, calling visa, work permit application & renewal, fomema, insurance, etc.

  • Hostel maintenance, clealiness, foreign worker in/out record, to ensure they commit to

Hostel rules & regulation.

  • To plan, formulate, develop and implement overall policies and procedures in order to meet

the Company's objectives and ISO requirements.

  • To motivate, trains and discipline the employees/ subordinates.

  • To assure that the company's staffing requirements are met in a timely manner to ensure

full operational capabilities are realized and legislative/ regulatory requirements are satisfied.

  • To develop, implement and monitor 'Training and Development' programs for manpower and

succession plans to upgrade the skills of the people.

  • To enhance the employees' capabilities towards meeting the Company's goals, objectives and

expansion plans.

  • Coordinate with colleges for trainee program.

  • To be responsible for overall Industrial & Employees relation matters.

  • Prepare memo and announce accordingly.

  • Annual dinner coordination and preparation.

  • All types of reporting, especially HR Monthly Report.

  • To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

  • To comply Company 5S Implementation.

  • To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from

time to time.

Admin Function

  • Double confirm and sign purchase order of stationery, company maintenance & services,

such as photostat machine, fire extinguisher, air-con, new machine registration, etc.

  • Car service & maintenance, petrol expenses.

  • Company fix asset, e.g. computer & notebook labeling & record, note book agreement, etc.

  • Coordinate with vendor and keep check for the agreement renewal

  • Company floor plan for LMW application, new machine registration, etc.

  • Deal with Government Sector for any deal regarding licensing, health & safety, oil disposal,

etc.

Security Dept

  • To ensure security guard handling their task efficiently.

  • To control visitor & hosteller in/out record.

  • To spot check hand carry of employees.

  • To keep and ensure all the software license is in order.

  • To control hardware & software release either to employee (Supervisor or Dept Head) and

vendor.

Receptionist

  • To be responsible to control or supervise receptionist is performing her task efficiently, such

as the manner deal with outsider, call handling, etc.

1.2  Liaison with other Departments

  • Coordinate with staffs from other department in terms of manpower requirements and

overall Company's rules and regulations that needs to adhere to.

1.3  Work Environment

  • To assist in developing and managing a positive employee-management relationship and

maintain a grievance free, mutually beneficiary work climate.

Requirements :

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.

  • At least 5 years working experience in related field.
