ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

A well-established secretarial firm located at Emporium, Kuching is seeking suitable candidates to join our team.

Requirements:

· Certificate in SPM or UEC or equivalents, Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.

· Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Description:

· Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, photocopying, digitalisation of documents, scanning, and correspondence.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mails, documents, phone calls, and courier services.

· Assist in maintaining office records and proper documentation.

· Provide support in day-to-day office operations.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
