About the Role

You will represent a leading insurance brand and provide professional financial consultation and tailored insurance solutions to both walk‑in and existing bank customers at branch level. The role offers a clear career path in bancassurance with ongoing training and attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the insurance products to bank customers
  • Offer personalised financial advice and solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Meet assigned sales targets
  • Attend training and coaching sessions on an ongoing basis

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Open to candidates from all industry backgrounds
  • For Financial Executive (Trainee): SPM/STPM holders with ≥ 3 years work experience OR Diploma holders with less than 1 year experience
  • For Senior Financial Executive (Trainee): Degree holder with less than 1 year experience
  • For Senior Financial Executive: Degree holder with more than 2 years relevant experience
  • We will assess eligibility upon application

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic salary from RM 2,600 up to approx. RM 10,000 (depending on role level & experience)
  • Monthly commissions and performance bonuses
