Admin Responsibilities :

  • Manage the daily administrative workflow, including upkeep of office supplies, equipment, and general facilities.
  • Plan and execute company functions such as annual dinners, meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Arrange logistics and coordination for internal and external events including seminars, workshops, and conferences.
  • Address facility-related matters, including office maintenance, repair works, and service follow-ups.
  • Oversee budgeting and spending for the HR and Admin department.
  • Prepare, compile, and support documentation required for various audits such as ISO 9001.
  • Handle applications, renewals, and compliance matters for licenses, permits, insurance policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage canteen operations, including vendor management, food quality checks, and hygiene monitoring.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties as assigned from time to time.

HR Responsibilities :

  • Lead and guide the HR & Admin team to ensure efficient and uninterrupted day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the full cycle of HR functions, including hiring, payroll processing, employee benefits, learning & development, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to ensure alignment with current labor legislation and company goals.
  • Drive performance management activities such as KPI setting, appraisal coordination, and feedback discussions to support employee development and organizational performance.
  • Handle employee relations matters by resolving complaints, managing disciplinary issues, mediating conflicts, and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Liaise with government departments and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HR-related reports and insights for management review.
  • Review manpower outsourcing providers' performance and identify new vendors when necessary.
  • Carry out any other HR tasks or assignments as required.

Requirements :

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience, in manufacturing role and preferably MNC company.
  • Good interpersonal relation skill, able to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Well-versed in labor laws, practices, and foreign-worker related HR issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM10,000.00 per month
