Key Responsibilities:

· Manage full sets of accounts for the retail business, ensuring accurate recording of multi-outlet transactions and timely month-end closing.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

· Liaise effectively with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

· Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems, controls, and procedures.

· Provide guidance and support to junior team members by sharing accounting knowledge and best practices.

· Stay updated on accounting standards, retail industry trends, and regulatory changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

· Proven experience in handling full set of accounts and accounts payable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
