Description:

We are a fast-growing Traditional Wellness e-commerce brand dedicated to natural healing and long-term customer care. We're looking for a passionate Customer Retention Executive to nurture customer relationships, increase repurchase, and manage VIP wellness experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers and manage retention programs
  • Maintain accurate CRM tagging and purchase records
  • Execute loyalty activities (gift sets, consultations, points)
  • Analyze customer behavior to improve repurchase rate,Communicate via Strive/WhatsApp/messenger for satisfaction and repurchase engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing and customer service teams
  • Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers through various channels and keep
  • them informed about products, services, and promotions.
  • Customer Support: Providing excellent customer support and addressing any questions or
  • concerns that existing customers may have. This includes resolving issues, troubleshooting
  • problems, product education and offering solutions.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional
  • products or services to existing customers who may benefit from them.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from customers to understand their needs,
  • preferences, and pain points. This information can be used to improve products or
  • services.
  • Customer Advocacy: Encouraging satisfied customers to become advocates for the brand,
  • promoting word-of-mouth referrals and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business /Marketing/ Psychology/ Nutritionist/or with passion for Wellness/TCM
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Proficient in Excel or CRM tools
  • Mandarin, English
  • Detail-oriented, friendly, and health-oriented personality
