Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the representative of the developer in managing project sales and marketing activities.
  • Attend and manage property sales booths or events as required.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with property agents, agencies, developers, and customers to drive sales performance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external sales teams to achieve project sales KPIs.
  • Assist in executing marketing plans, promotions, and on-ground activities to support sales targets.
  • Based in Shah Alam and willing to work on weekends (one weekday off provided).
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of working experience in property-related sales or marketing.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in handling tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with agents, developers, and customers.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
  • Willing to work on weekends (one weekday off provided).
  • Based in Shah Alam.
