Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and interpret building services systems in critical environments (semiconductor factory, data centre, warehouse, etc.).
  • Perform BIM coordination using Autodesk Navisworks Manage, identifying and resolving clashes with consultants and clients.
  • Carry out basic 3D modelling using Autodesk Revit and other relevant BIM software.
  • Participate in site BIM meetings, addressing design discrepancies and ensuring coordination issues are resolved effectively.
  • Collaborate with office BIM executives to obtain up-to-date model information and ensure model constructability.
  • Take proactive steps to ensure the BIM workflow supports smooth project execution and accurate digital delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services / Construction Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of working experience as M&E Project Engineer or BIM Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage or related BIM software
  • Good understanding of BIM processes, coordination principles, and construction drawings.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn advanced BIM workflows.
