Your Mission (Sales & Marketing):

• To work closely with Mentor to understand and identify market demand and conduct market research.
• To assist to compile competitor analytics to support business risks and opportunities.
• Be exposed to 3C Analysis (Consumer, Competitors & Company).
• Opportunity to handle domestic and international sales development.
• Exposure in learning to build good relationship and rapport with local and international customers.
• Be involved in marketing promotion such as product feature demonstration guide, product brochure and standard correspondence).
• Be involved in E-commerce and updating of marketing website.
• Handle domestic and overseas sales, customer service for both existing and new customers, building good relationship and rapport with them.
• Market and promote aggressively products and services.
• Monitor & track the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.

Your Mission (Sourcing & Procurement):

• Assist in coordinating the flow of work and materials between various departments.
• Support the creation and maintenance of computerized records for material movements to ensure accuracy for audits.
• Follow up with relevant departments on material flow, progress, and inventory levels.
• Assist storekeepers in moving or transporting materials between departments according to production needs.
• Support the examination of incoming materials to ensure they match purchase order documentation.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to coordinate incoming material inspections.
• Help ensure materials are properly labelled, organized, and recorded in the SAP system.
• Assist with inventory control using SAP, e-Workflow, and other automation tools.

Your Mission (Documentation):

• Close liaison with related Departments in dealing with their sales orders.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents ( Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin etc.).
• Work very closely with Marketing and Finance Departments.
• Coordinate with Packing, Warehouse Departments, Quality Management in ensuring efficiency and timely execution of Shipping Documents.
• Communicate with Shipping, Forwarding agents and respective authorities on a regular basis.
• Assist in preparing Shipping Instruction ( SI ) and liaise with Shipping Agent for draft BL/Certificates and other related documents.
• Ensuring documents are in good order to ensure that payments can be secured through the bank before deliveries are made.
• Assist in preparing weekly & monthly Sales Review Meeting Reports.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Logistic, Warehouse or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin is an added advantage)
