Service Support Engineer
to join our team and be the bridge between our products and our valued affiliates across Asia-Pacific.

What You'll Do:

As a Service Support Engineer, you will:

  • Support Our Affiliates:
    Provide technical assistance to our affiliates in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Cambodia, and Myanmar.
  • Technical Troubleshooting:
    Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller systems, working closely with other departments to solve client problems effectively.
  • Warranty Support:
    Investigate failures, provide logical and reasonable feedback to the factory, and implement countermeasures.
  • Service Business Development:
    Help develop service tools, plan, and expand AP service business in the region.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent from a reputable institution with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 (Second Class Upper or higher).
  • Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • HVAC knowledge is a plus—but passion and problem-solving drive matter most
