Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply Customer Data Sheet (CDS) requirements
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies using drawings and instructions
  • Assist with cabinet prep, bracketing, and piping insulation
  • Perform routine assembly tasks with focus on quality and timeliness
  • Follow 6S practices and maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in work
  • Learn proper measuring techniques and tool usage
  • Collaborate with team or work independently as needed
  • Support other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electric/Electronic/Mechanical or equivalent
  • 1-3 years' experience of mechanical assembly, welding and/or relevant experience
  • Ability to learn to navigate through operating systems to find BOMs, drawings and instructions
  • Comfortable working actively, climbing ladders and standing for extended periods as part of a hands-on, dynamic role
  • Focus on attention to detail to drive plant safety and product quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Ability to learn how to handle material responsibly
  • Demonstrates reliability and a flexible attitude, with willingness to support business needs through extended hours
