Responsibilities:

  • Support of company agency product.
  • Assess customer needs, explain and demonstrate the product performance to customer
  • Provide technical support to customer
  • Develop new products and enhancing knowledge of user technical feedbacks and adherence to new product technical knowledge.
  • Work closely with teams to create product requirements documentation according to business initiatives that will bring new product functionalities
  • Maintain and build professional relationships with customers
  • To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.

Requirement:

  • Possess at least Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
  • Experience in automation production is added advantage
