Responsibilities:

  • Video Editing: Responsible for creating and editing various types of video content, including promotional videos, product introductions, social media videos, etc.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Research and monitor industry trends, analyze competitors' market performance, and understand the interests and behaviors of the target audience.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective video marketing strategies, optimizing video distribution across platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Creative Planning: Participate in creative meetings and provide ideas and suggestions for video content and scriptwriting.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze video performance data, interaction data, etc., to assess effectiveness and provide suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Video Editing Skills: Proficient in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) with post-production skills.
  • Market Trend Sensitivity: Able to identify industry trends, shifts in user interests, and adjust content and strategies accordingly.
  • Marketing Experience: Knowledgeable in social media marketing, content marketing, and SEO, with the ability to tailor video marketing strategies for different platforms.
  • Creative and Communication Skills: Creative thinking to bring out the brand's identity through video content and strong communication skills within a team.
  • Data-Driven: Able to analyze video content performance and make adjustments or improvements based on data insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with video SEO techniques to improve search ranking.
  • Ability to plan and execute online campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
