As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our operations within the Klang Valley region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage branch operations including manpower planning, scheduling, and site supervision.
  • Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations and ensure all client sites meet service quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Manage and coach supervisors, team leaders, and site personnel to achieve operational targets.
  • Monitor budgets, operational costs, and ensure efficiency across all sites.
  • Prepare performance and cost reports for management review.
  • Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cleaning, facilities, or service management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • Able to work independently, hands-on, and results-oriented.
