Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of fintech platforms and associated systems (training provided).
  • Maintain functionality of additional components like Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools.
  • Assist in managing database systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows).
  • Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with external partners to resolve problems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Interest in the financial industries; experience with MT4/MT5 is preferred.
  • IT support experience in the financial sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates from non-IT backgrounds are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with global colleagues.
  • Willing to work in a 24x7 on-site shift rotation with a competitive shift allowance (5 working days per week).
