Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive at The Gardens Mall. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, coordinating repair services, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience. This role is ideal for those passionate about technology and delivering outstanding customer support in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Support

  2. Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins.

  3. Provide accurate info on Samsung products, services, warranties, and repair progress.

  4. Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed.

  5. Product & Service Knowledge

  6. Stay updated on Samsung's full product range.

  7. Guide customers on usage, setup, and service options.

  8. Service Coordination

  9. Schedule repairs and monitor job status.

  10. Liaise with technicians on parts and timelines.

  11. Keep customers informed of updates.

  12. Administrative Tasks

  13. Maintain accurate records of service transactions.

  14. Prepare daily reports and feedback summaries.

  15. Customer Experience

  16. Ensure customer satisfaction at all service touchpoints.

  17. Represent the company professionally and follow service standards.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in customer service is a plus.

  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.


Work Schedule

  • 6 working days per week

  • Shift rotation:

  • Morning: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
