岗位职责

1. 根据新加坡AEIS考试大纲,教授英语听、说、读、写课程,帮助学生提升综合英语能力。
2. 制定并执行教学计划,设计针对性的练习和模拟考试。
3. 关注学生学习进度与个体差异,提供学习反馈与指导。
4. 协助教务部门进行学员测评与学习成果跟进。
5. 定期组织课堂讨论、口语演练及写作训练,提升学生应试能力。
6. 积极参与教师团队的教研活动,不断优化教学方法与课程内容。
7. 维护良好的课堂纪律和学习氛围,激发学生的学习兴趣与自信心。

任职要求

1. 大专或本科及以上学历,英语、教育、语言学或相关专业优先。
2. 英语水平相当于雅思8分及以上,具备扎实的听、说、读、写能力。
3. 具备培训机构或学校的英语教学经验,熟悉AEIS、新加坡教育体系者优先。
4. 英语母语国家国籍申请者优先考虑。
5. 有良好的沟通能力、课堂掌控力与团队协作精神。
6. 热爱教育事业,具备责任心和耐心,能够激励学生取得进步。

Position: AEIS English Training Teacher

Job Responsibilities:

1. Teach English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses according to Singapore's AEIS examination syllabus, helping students improve comprehensive English proficiency.
2. Develop and implement teaching plans, design targeted exercises and mock examinations.
3. Monitor students' learning progress and individual differences, provide learning feedback and guidance.
4. Assist the academic department with student assessments and follow-up on learning outcomes.
5. Regularly organize classroom discussions, oral practice, and writing training to enhance students' test-taking abilities.
6. Actively participate in teaching and research activities with the teacher team, continuously optimizing teaching methods and course content.
7. Maintain good classroom discipline and learning atmosphere, stimulate students' learning interest and confidence.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree, bachelor's degree or above; English, Education, Linguistics or related majors preferred.
2. English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 8 or above, with solid listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
3. Experience teaching English at training institutions or schools; familiarity with AEIS and Singapore's education system preferred.
4. Native English-speaking country nationality applicants will be given priority.
5. Good communication skills, classroom management abilities, and team collaboration spirit.
6. Passionate about education, responsible and patient, able to motivate students to make progress.
