Job Title: Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Location: KL Eco City / Penang / Hybrid

Salary: MYR 3,500 – RM 6,000

Contract: 6–12 months (renewable/conversion based on performance and business needs)

Role Summary

The Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for managing customer orders, shipment tracking, returns, and general customer support. Acting as the key liaison between customers, sales, inventory, and operations teams, the role ensures timely order processing, smooth delivery, and accurate documentation while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process and support customer purchase orders and manage order changes in compliance with company policies.

Liaise with customers to respond to inquiries, schedule updates, and delivery expectations.

Coordinate with Inventory, Operations, and Sales teams across regions to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Track shipments, update system delivery schedules, and maintain proper documentation including packing lists and invoices.

Manage returns (RA/RTV/RMA) and record service issues promptly in the customer service database.

Support internal and external audits and ensure all processes comply with corporate guidelines.

Meet operational KPIs and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Participate in stock-takes, ad-hoc projects, and other tasks to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or logistics.

Strong understanding of inventory control, planning, logistics, and procurement.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred

Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) advantageous.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Motivated, team-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality customer service.
